Kerry Connors
Chief Executive

Kerry established KernMobile a decade ago after identifying a clear gap in the market for flexible mobile GIS and asset management solutions. Kerry has more than 15 years' experience across both local government IT and asset management including more than 8 years with Land Information New Zealand. This provided him with the platform to develop integrated solutions that really add value for his customers.

Under Kerry's leadership KernMobile has grown significantly in the last 9 years and has been honoured in both the 2010 and 2011 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 for Asia Pacific. Kerry is supported by senior leadership team with extensive software development, asset management and strategic business development experience.

Terry Allen
Executive Chairman

Terry is the Founder and Managing Director of Allen Strategic, a company specialising in the provision of Governance, Strategy and Execution services at board and executive level. In a career spanning 20 years, Terry has held senior roles in multi-national technology companies, including 12 years with Microsoft.  Following his passion for assisting start-ups with strategy and next-level growth Terry ran the incubation business for Auckland University's Icehouse incubator for 2 years, focusing on business growth strategy, business start-ups, commercialization and company governance.

Terry also holds directorships for Klickex, Sharesight, and Theta Systems and the ecentre business incubator at Massey University along with advisory roles to  Musac, Waikatolink  and UniServices, Auckland University's commercialization office.

Greg Allum
GM Technology and Delivery
Director, KernMobile Limited

 

Greg joined KernMobile in March 2012 as the GM of Technology and Delivery. He has responsibility for product development and service delivery with teams in Auckland and Melbourne. Greg has been associated at a board level with Kern Mobile for three years and is currently a shareholder and director.

Prior to joining KernMobile Greg was for nine years an Executive and Head of Product and Development for Software of Excellence International, a division of Henry Schein, a US Fortune 500 corporation specializing in the Dental, Veterinary, and Medical markets. Greg was responsible for developing Software of Excellence's market-leading dental Practice Management Systems in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, the UK, Ireland, and Holland.

In Greg's 20 years' involvement in the software industry he has also held roles of General Manager and Product Development Manager for Intel New Zealand, Development Manager for IBM New Zealand, and has developed and sold his own software products including "PC Photographer " licensed to Eastman Kodak. Before that Greg held Technical and Production Management roles in the plastics industry.

Greg has a Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from Auckland University.

Graeme Bowker
Director, KernMobile Pty Limited

Graeme is an experienced director of listed and unlisted companies in both public and private organisations across Australia and New Zealand.  Graeme was a former partner in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and was a former Chair of Melbourne Water; a position he held for four years through to 2003.  In addition he currently holds non-executive directorships of CenItex, Department of Treasury and Finance Victoria and Tourism Holdings Limited. Graeme also holds an independent seat on the board of Equestrian Australia.
