Scoping
Before the start of any implementation project, KernMobile
dedicates time in understanding the requirements, objectives, and
deliverables of each client's mobility platform.
This is the most critical step of the whole implementation
project. KernMobile realises that oftentimes clients need support
in forming a clear vision of what they want to achieve with their
mobile application. Our experience and expertise in dealing with
local government organisations, utilities, and contractors allows
us to quickly grasp clients' needs and propose best practice
solutions.
Development
Once the objectives have been set and the requirements have been
defined, KernMobile starts configuring the mobile application
according to the unique business processes of each client.
KernMobile will be fully responsible for the solution configuration
and testing in line with the required functionality.
Clients have full visibility of the development process and
provide their feedback along the way.
Integration
KernMobile will undertake any work required in order to make
your systems talk to each other using the KernMobile integration
tool suite. For more information around Integration you can refer

Reporting
KernMobile can create reports deriving data directly from the
electronic job forms used in the Kern client/console. You can tell
us what data you want to gather from the field and we will design
reports that meet your requirements.
KPI reporting and
progress reports are the most frequent report requests. Reports can
be simply accessed online or even through the Management
Console.
Deployment
Deployment to Servers: KernMobile is responsible for deployment
of the application to servers where the client has permitted Kern
remote access. KernMobile must follow change control
procedures as specified by the client. Where access is not
permitted, the client shall take responsibility for deployment.
Deployment to Mobile Field Devices: The client will take
responsibility for deployment of the Kern application to all
required mobile field devices. KernMobile can assist in this
process if required.
