The KernMobile suite of rapid mobile delivery tools are designed to integrate with existing systems wherever possible.
The following overview diagram shows how the KernMobile system makes extraction and delivery of mobile related information across multiple business areas. The KernMobile Management Console controls the information flow, and allows the administration user to define what information is required and where this information is to be delivered.
The inherent flexibility of the KernMobile system allows multiple field data capture and works management needs all to be met within one framework. KernMobile can also distribute and interact with multiple backend databases at one time if required - all in real-time.

The ability to work in either an ‘online’ or ‘offline’ environment means that KernMobile usage is not limited to just those areas with mobile internet coverage.
This means that data capture can be undertaken at all times and manual data entry is eliminated for the end user whenever mobile internet coverage is not available for the end user.

KernMobile makes significant use if GPS (Global Positioning Systems) and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) integration in its mobile field core product. There are now many very good online GIS applications available on the market; however usage of these systems is limited by the availability of internet coverage to the mobile system user.
KernMobile uses inbuilt GIS data in its core application meaning that GIS usage is available at all times. Further integration with GPS means that the GIS map user can be driven by their actual physical location making relative information location a simple task for the end user.
